All sales are final but we do offer exchanges. 
We know it is a  little difficult to purchase items online. 
while we do advise all our customers to make sure they consult our size chart before ordering.
We want to offer the peace of mind that in the event their order doesn't fit , we will be happy to offer a size exchange.  

We also suggest that you reach out to us if you're still not sure what size to order. We will be more than happy to help you select the size that's best for you.

In the event that your slippers don't fit, we will offer to exchange them for you in the same style. This is limited to a maximum of two ( 2 ) pairs. and should be either 1 size below the original size you ordered, or 1 size up the original size you ordered.
Please keep in mind, we do not stock our fur items, they are made to the style and size you ordered.
We highly recommend that you read our shipping policy before placing your order.
In addition to this, when a order is made, it goes on hold for 24 hours. This is to give all our customers the time to adjust accordingly. 

 Items must be returned back to us within 14 days of delivery. 
All items must be in their original form and packaging.  When returning items, please keep your tracking number as the carrier can experience issues including losing the items during transit or delivering them to an incorrect address. 
The items must be unworn, with no stains, damage,  (including perfume) being emitted from the item. If an item has been determined to be stained, damaged, or have any of the prior issues stated, then the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense.
If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.
We are not responsible for any shipment that is returned to FURRTOES  without our knowledge or consent. 
Customer will be responsible for a new shipping fee in the event we are doing an exchange
Some styles will be excluded from our size exchange policy.
*Such as customized request, and our branded items.
You have the option to select either a SIGNATURE or a NON SIGNATURE SHIPPING  for your  echange pair.
We do suggest signature shipping for the safety of your package.
It's important to note that once we hand your shipment over to the shipping company, we NO LONGER have any control of your package.
