In the event that your slippers don't fit, we will offer to exchange them for you in the same style. This is Limited to a maximum of two ( 2 ) pairs. and should be either 1 size below the original size you ordered, or 1 size up the original size you ordered. Please keep in mind, We do not stock our slippers, they are made to the size and size you order. This is why we highly emphasize for our customers to read our shipping policy before ordering. In addition to this, when a order is made, it goes on hold for 24 hours. This is to give all our customers the time to adjust accordingly.

You have the option to select either a SIGNATURE or a NON SIGNATURE SHIPPING.

We do suggest signature shipping for the safety of your package. It's important to note that once we hand your shipment over to USPS we NO LONGER have any control of your package.
