Meaning, the item you selected from our PRE-ORDER tab on the website such as the style, colors, letters, & size is what we will make for you.
Once you place an order with us, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This email will have your order # and a reminder to read our shipping policy and our FAQ's
You will receive another thank you email the following day with a reminder once again to read our shipping policy.
We give our customers the flexibility to adjust/ cancel their orders within 24 hours.
After an order is made, it is placed on hold for 24 hours. Within this time, you can adjust your order such as sizing, style, or cancel the order overall.
This must be done within 24 hours after you placed your order.
We typically ship after 15 BUSINESS DAYS. However, due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. Please allow for a maximum time of 30 days for us to ship. This also goes for when we have MAJOR SALES.
Whenever we offer a sale that's above 25% off we tend to get a lot of orders, and so, we have to EXTEND our processing time to accommodate the high volume of orders.
The maximum time for us to ship will be no later than 30 days from the time of your purchase.
If USPS attempt to deliver your order and you are unavailable, you the customer have two options to retrieve your package from USPS.
You can go on USPS.COM and schedule a re-delivery or you can go to your local post office with valid identification and retrieve your package.
USPS WILL HOLD YOUR PACKAGE FOR 15 DAYS, AFTER THIS THEY WILL RETURN YOUR PACKAGE TO FURRTOES.
The shipping fee is non-refundable.
STATUS ON YOUR ORDER
Currently, we don't send order email updates, our shipping policy is straightforward.
The only time we will contact you is unless there is an issue as it relates to your order itself.
If you contact us requesting an update on your order, but provide no information that we can use to look up your order. You will not get a response from us. In order to assist you, we will need the name and order # thats associated with your order.
The style and size that you ordered, is what we will ship we give 24hours from your time of order to adjust your size if you mistakenly order the wrong size.
Size change is only permitted if we happen to have a size available in the style you previously ordered. If so, customers will be required to pay a new shipping fee to return the order they have, plus a new shipping fee of the exchanged pair. Please keep in mind the fee you pay goes to USPS to transport your item. We do not benefit from this fee. CLICK HERE

On every product page that you visit. there is a size chart attached. We advise that you consult our size chart before ordering. We have updated our sole at the end of February 2020. if you have purchased from us before February, we are now using a different sole for your slides. Furrtoes does not own or operate USPS.
USPS is a government-owned business that offers the service for you to pay them to transport your order from us to you.
When we ship your order, we include a that a signature is required upon delivery.
This is prevent USPS from leaving your packages in unsafe places.
You will receive tracking information via email or text, so please make sure your shipping address is correct and your contact information is correct, when checking out.
Please keep in mind, once we ship the order out, we no longer have control of the package.
In the event you may experiencing shipping issues, we suggest that you contact the shipping provider first by either calling 1 (800) 275-8777 or visiting your local post office If you still need assistance.
ANY PRODUCT SOLD UNDER THE ORIGINAL COST of the product itself is considered a SALE.
(Meaning before tax and shipping fee is added)
Once we have any form a sale, our shipping out time will be 30 days from the date of your order this is due to the large volume of orders we receive during this time.
Business days are considered Monday- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is not included.
Each slide is custom made; no two pairs will look the same & colors may vary from time to time due to dyeing. Also, our images are taken with a high-definition camera.
When we ship your order out and USPS attempts to deliver and is unable to do so. it is your responsibility to make an arrangement for redelivery or go in person to retrieve your order from USPS. Failure to do so will. USPS will return your package to Furrtoes.
We will charge a 15% re-stocking fee of the total order. This fee also applies if the customer requests the order to be canceled after the shipment is returned to us. Again, our items are pre-ordered we made your order according to your request.
Custom items, Such as items with your name or initials we do not offer a refund on.
