Shipping Policy..


         Please Read.



All fur items such as slippers, headband, backpack, fanny pack and jackets all made to order.

Meaning, the item you selected from our pre-order tab on the website such as the style,colors, letters, & size is what we will make for you.  

After an order is made, it is placed on hold for 24 hours. Within this time, you can adjust your order such as sizing, style, or to cancel the order over all.

This must be done within 24 hour of you making your order.

Pre-ordered items will ship after 15 business days later. HOWEVER, due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. 

The maximum time for us to ship will be no later than 30 days. 

After the 24 hours has passed, an adjustment / cancellation request will attract a 10% processing fee. If your order is returned to us after USPS attempt delivery. we will charge a restocking fee of %10  of your order total value

Prior to this we will not be sending an order update email.  


These are items that we have that in stock and will ship after 3 business daysThe style and size that you order, is what we will ship. If you made an error with your sizing after we have shipping. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BACK THE ITEM TO US AND ALSO PAYING FOR A NEW RE -SHIPPING FEE.


On every product page that you visit. there is a size chart attached. We advise that you consult our size chart before ordering. We have updated our sole at the end of February 2020. if you have purchased from us before February we are now using a different sole for your slides. We have a sizing video on our Instagram story highlight heading that shows an example of our fitting and also our new sole. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO VIEW.


All Packages comes with signature requirement.

You will receive tracking information via email or text, Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your contact information is correct. once we ship your order out we no longer have control over order if you are experiencing shipping  issues we suggest that you contact the shipping provider first.


ANY PRODUCT SOLD UNDER THE ORIGINAL COST of the product itself (Meaning before tax and shipping  fee is added ) is considered a SALE.

Business days are consider Monday- Friday

Each slide is custom made, no pair will look the same & colors may vary from time to time.

If we ship an order and customers fails to retrieve it from post office and its returned to us. We will charge a 10% RE stocking fee once the customer request the order to be canceled.  Again our items are pre ordered therefore we make what you the customer pay for.
