REFUND POLICY.

When a customer places an order on our website, it goes on hold for 24 hours. within this time, customer have the opportunity to adjust their order ( Style & size or to cancel the order fully).

After the 24 hours have passed, we will then proceed to have our production team make the order.

In the event a refund is requested within this time frame,  when it is process from us to you, you will instantly receive an email with the notification of the refund.

While the payment is taken out of our accounts instantly, your bank will take between 7-10 business days to have this reflect on your account.

Any adjustments or cancellation requests after the 24 hours will require a 25% adjustment fee.

If a request to have the order cancel comes in before the 24 hours time frame, please note a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order will be deducted. This fee is a none refundable fee that is charged by the payment gateway that is used to capture your payment and as such. we only can issue a refund less the processing gateway fee. 

 

 Size Exchange

Please be advised that we while all sales are final. it is important for customers to be aware that we do offer exchnages.

In the event that your slippers don't fit, we will offer to exchange them for you in the same style. This is Limited to a maximum of two ( 2 ) pairs. and should be either 1 size below the original size you ordered, or 1 size up the original size you ordered.  Please keep in mind, We do not stock our slippers, they are made to the size and size you order. This is why we highly emphasize for our customers to read our shipping policy before ordering. In addition to this, when a order is made, it goes on hold for 24 hours. This is to give all our customers the time to adjust accordingly.
