When a customer places an order on our website, it goes on hold for 24 hours. within this time, customer have the opportunity to adjust their order ( Style & size or to cancel the order fully).
After the 24 hours have passed, we will then proceed to have our production team make the order.
In the event a refund is requested, when it is process from us to you, you will instantly receive an email with the notification of the refund.
While the payment is taken out of our accounts instantly, your bank will take between 7-10 business days to have this reflect on your account.

Any adjustments or cancellation requests after the 24 hours will require a 25% adjustment fee.
If a request to have the order cancel comes in before the 24 hours time frame, please note a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order will be deducted.
Please be advised that whenever an order is placed on our website, Shopify takes a percentage fee for each order. This fee is non-refundable and as a result when we issue a refund, we FURRTOES is unable to process back to you the total amount you spent.
